Sophia is on a mission to guide us back to the loving foundation we all have within. Along her yoga and meditation practice, she has learned that the foundation of life comes from the heart. When she started to live with an open heart and reject her ego, she began to see a significant shift in her daily life. Her intention is to guide you toward your own goals of connecting with yourself and your energy to cultivate a healthy, loving, and fulfilling foundation for your practice.
Her hope for you is that you reap all of the benefits a yoga practice has to offer, and understand what it means to connect your mind, body, and soul.
